Bentley University

I chose to study accounting because I have always enjoyed business and numbers. The more I learned during my undergraduate classes, the more I knew this was the field for me. As I began to understand where the industry was moving, I decided to pursue a Master’s in Accounting Analytics to learn more skills in this changing environment. The degree helped combine my interests in accounting and new technology. I am excited to bring these skills to Grant Thornton’s Boston office in the fall, a firm with which I have been interning for the past few years.

Outside of accounting, the hobby I took up in college was ultimate frisbee. I was a member of the Bentley Women’s Club Ultimate Frisbee team for four years and served as one of the captains during my blended undergraduate and graduate year. I still play in recreational leagues around Boston and am grateful for the friendships that have come from the ultimate community.

I want to thank all the amazing faculty at Bentley for helping me grow into the student and professional I am today. Finally, I want to thank my friends and family for their continued, unfailing support throughout my time at Bentley University.
