Nicole Maimon

Nicole was motivated to pursue an accounting degree after taking her first accounting class in high school. Nicole wants to be a part of a rewarding field that can help individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals.
Nicole is a member of Beta Alpha Psi and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Societies. Nicole also serves as a Teaching Assistant for the intro-level accounting course at UIUC as well as a Research Assistant for the UIUC Accounting Department.
Nicole graduated with her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois in May of 2021 with highest honors. Nicole received Bronze Tablet Honors at graduation which is an honor reserved for the top 3% of graduating seniors based on GPA. Nicole also graduated with Senior 100 honors which is an honor for the top 100 seniors based on campus and community involvement. Nicole has received scholarships from the AICPA, Illinois CPA Society, and the AFWA Foundation.
After graduation, Nicole will work at Deloitte in the Chicago Business Tax Services Group. Nicole is currently sitting for the CPA exams and is looking forward to becoming a future Certified Public Accountant.
