My name is Cole Borwick, and I am a Master of Accountancy Student at University of Iowa. I am originally from Johnston, Iowa. I will be graduating on May 13, 2022. I was first motivated to pursue an accounting degree during my first introductory financial accounting course. I had no prior knowledge of accounting, but in that class, the concepts and principles just clicked and made sense to me, and I knew I had found something I both enjoyed and was good at. I have previously worked internships at Baker Group in Ankeny, Iowa, and at CliftonLarsonAllen in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Upon graduation, I will be returning to CliftonLarsonAllen to work full-time in assurance.
