Blaire has over thirty years’ experience as a management consultant, non-profit founder, and entrepreneur.  A common theme in her work has been an interest in leveraging financial information to improve operational results so for her “next act” she decided to become a CPA.  Blaire has an AB in Applied Mathematics from Harvard, an SM in Management from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of New Mexico.  As a partner at CSC Index and through her own management consulting firm, Larson Consulting, Blaire spent fifteen years helping senior business executives design and lead major organizational change initiatives.  In 2001, she founded Cancer Services of New Mexico, a nationally recognized non-profit organization that has provided education and assistance services to over 15,000 New Mexicans coping with cancer to date.  In addition to going to school, she currently owns and runs an online retail business and works part-time for a local CPA firm.  Blaire hopes to combine her business, non-profit, and accounting expertise to help clients develop strategies for ensuring their donations have a meaningful impact.
