Erica Healy will be graduating with her Master of Accountancy with a concentration in Business Analytics in May 2021 from Rider University. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a concentration in Fraud & Business Forensics from Rider in May 2020. Erica currently works as the Graduate Assistant for the Accounting Department and previously worked as the Undergraduate Office Assistant for the Accounting Department. In addition, she completed a Finance Co-op in Customer & Logistics Services with Johnson & Johnson, a Tax Internship with HBK, a Summer Internship with WilkinGuttenplan, and a Summer Audit Internship with Deloitte. After graduation, she will begin her career with Deloitte in Audit based in the Princeton, NJ office.
In addition, Erica was named an Andrew J. Rider Scholar in May 2018 for being in the top 1% of her class in the Norm Brodsky College of Business and received an award for Outstanding Thesis Writing for her honors thesis on the impact of data analytics on the sports industry. She was also a member of Delta Sigma Pi, Accounting Society, and Circle K International Community Service club. In addition, she played Club Softball for four years, serving as both the President and Vice President of the club. Throughout her time at Rider, she was a member of the Business Honors Program. She was inducted into three honor societies, Alpha Lambda Delta, Beta Gamma Sigma, and Omicron Delta Kappa. She was also able to complete two study tours to Ireland and Croatia through Rider’s International Education program. Erica is currently studying for the CPA exam and has passed one part to date.
