Coming into Auburn University, I knew I wanted to pursue a major in the business school. A cousin that I am close with also majored in accounting during his time here, so I decided to follow in his footsteps. That decision ended up being one that I am very thankful for as I quickly saw just how exceptional our program here at Auburn University is. From the professors I have been able to work with to the friends I have made along the way, the School of Accountancy was able to provide everything I could have asked for in a major during my time at Auburn.

Upon graduation in May, I will be moving to New York City to begin my career. I will be working for Alvarez & Marsal in their Transaction Advisory Group. While I’m not sure where I will be 5-10 years down the line, I hope that whatever I am doing is something that I am passionate about and allows me to continuously learn and improve.
