Katrina serves as a Vice President of Beta Alpha Psi and has helped in the VITA program for three years. She has also participated in Project Run With It in Milwaukee and Deloitte's FanTAXtic competition.
Outside of the School of Accountancy, Katrina serves as Vice President of the Society for the Advancement of Ethical Leadership (SAEL), where she manages the Annual Ethics Bowl. Katrina also serves on the Association for Information Systems (AIS) executive board, and earned 2nd place at the AIS National Competition in 2015 for her team's presentation on Women in Information Systems. Within the community, Katrina worked with the Read Today program for two years tutoring struggling elementary students. Katrina earned a 3.96 grade point average during her undergraduate degree. She has been recognized for her scholastic achievement through the A-Pin Award, the Huntsman Best and Brightest Scholarship, and the USU Presidential Scholarship.
International travel has enriched Katrina's collegiate experience. She spent three months in Peru encouraging entrepreneurship and teaching SEED business courses, toured Russia and Turkey with the Go Global program, and researched human rights in Dubai.
Each of these successes was due to the amazing faculty at USU and their personal support for students.
Katrina has accepted a full-time offer with Deloitte's Advisory practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
